WiseEye™, an AI accelerator-embedded ASIC platform for ultra-low power applications, is designed to develop and deploy convolutional neural networks (CNN)-based machine learning (ML) models on battery-powered AIoT applications.
Sensor fusion applications have brought greater convenience to people’s lives by enabling motion sensing, human presence detection, people counting, face detection, speech recognition, and some other more functions to be applied to predictive maintenance, condition monitoring, asset tracking, and occupancy detection scenarios where power efficiency, bandwidth optimization, and privacy are key requirements.
Himax WiseEye Module
The first-generation WiseEye Module incorporates the Company’s proprietary WE1 AI processor and HM01B0 AoS (Always-On Sensor) camera in ultralow power feature. The module is highly integrated and compact in size, measured at just 12.5 mm x 17.0 mm x 2.45 mm (length x width x height) along with 22-pin FPC connector pinouts, which can be easily attached to a device board by standard 24-pin ZIF FPC connector or by standard assembly process for an immediate system integration.
