The HM8030 is an advanced 8 Megapixel CMOS Image Sensor (CIS) designed for next generation Smartphone, Tablet, and other high-resolution camera accessories.
The HM8030 utilizes an advanced 1.4µ ultralow profile pixel process technology that delivers excellent crosstalk performance to enable rich color reproduction under a broad range of lighting conditions. The sensor operates at 15 frames per second in QUXGA (3280 x 2464) resolution with support for 2 x 2 binning up to 30 frames per second, while preserving native field of view.
The HM8030 supports a dual lane MIPI-CSI2 serial interface that transfers 10 bit RGGB RAW data format up to 662Mbps per lane. All sensor parameters are controlled through a simple 2-wire serial camera interface.
